Mr. Brooks is a Banking, Bankruptcy, Corporate, Real Estate, Real Estate Development and Planning and Zoning Attorney. He is a 1978 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law and a 1974 graduate of Western Kentucky University. Mr. Brooks joined the firm in 1978 and is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. He is a member and past president of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association as well as a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
