Mr. Lawless is an insurance defense, domestic relations, commercial and business litigation, personal injury and criminal defense attorney. He is a 1996 graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a 1993 graduate of the University of Kentucky. Mr. Lawless joined the firm in 1997 after a clerkship with the Warren Circuit Court and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member and current President of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, as well as a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
