Mr. Buckberry is a 1964 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School and a 1955 graduate of Western Kentucky University. Mr. Buckberry joined the firm in 1965 and developed his practice in the areas of real property, banking and corporate law. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Tennessee as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American Land Title Association.

Mr. Buckberry currently serves as Of Counsel for the firm.
