Mr. Ayers is a 1959 graduate of The George Washington University Law School and a 1952 graduate of Western Kentucky University. Mr. Ayers joined the firm in 1959 and developed his practice in the areas of professional malpractice, insurance law and estate administration. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Ayers currently serves as Of Counsel for the firm.
