Mr. Mauldin, who joined the firm in 1980, concentrates his practice in civil litigation. He has significant experience representing businesses, insurance companies, municipalities, as well as individuals in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate level. His practice is focused in the areas of product liability and personal injury defense, contract, commercial and construction disputes, municipal law, insurance coverage disputes and general tort law. He also frequently serves as a mediator in many different types of civil actions.

Mr. Mauldin is a 1980 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served on the staff of the Kentucky Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Western Kentucky University in 1977. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is also a member and former director of Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc.
