Timothy L. Edelen

Mr. Edelen joined the firm in 1988. In his general civil practice, Mr. Edelen routinely counsels businesses and individuals on employment, commercial, insurance, personal injury and utility law matters. The majority of Mr. Edelen’s practice is devoted to litigation in these and other areas.

Mr. Edelen is a 1987 graduate of the the University of Louisville School of Law, where he served on the staff of the Journal of Family Law. He received his undergraduate degree in 1984 from the University of Kentucky. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc.
