Richard W. Hartsock
Mr. Hartsock practices primarily in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense, employment law, domestic and family relations, criminal defense and is a trained Guardian Ad Litem. He joined the firm in 2010 after graduating cum laude from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hartsock served as an associate editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review.
Mr. Hartsock received his undergraduate degree in 2007 from Western Kentucky University, earning a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Broadcast Communication. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Kentucky and the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is currently a member of the Bowling Green/Warren County Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association and American Bar Association.
