Ian L. Loos
Mr. Loos practices primarily in the area of general civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, commercial and business litigation, nursing home negligence, and administrative hearings and appeals. He is a 2013 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif, the law school’s most prestigious academic society. During law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Kentucky Law Journal and as the Technical Writing Chair of the Moot Court Board.
Mr. Loos joined the firm in 2015 after a clerkship with Chief Justice John D. Minton, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree from Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York, in 2010. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Kentucky and Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United State Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is currently a member of the Bowling Green/Warren County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Kentucky Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
