William T. Wade, Jr.

In Mr. Wade's practice, he routinely provides counsel to individuals, businesses, and financial institutions with respect to the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial and residential Real Estate transactions, landlord/tenant issues, commercial loan transactions, and corporate law matters.  He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served on the staff of the Kentucky Law Journal.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 2000. Mr. Wade joined the firm in 2003 and is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for both the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
