The Firm serves as general counsel for one of the region's largest electric, water, sewer and fiber optic service utility. In that capacity, we provide legal services to the utility relating to litigation, employment matters, condemnation and land acquisition, compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and also provide the customary business services afforded to all corporate clients.
