Welcome to Bell Orr Ayers & Moore. We are Bowling Green, Kentucky’s oldest general practice, full service law firm. The firm’s founder, Charles R. Bell, began the practice of law in Bowling Green in 1921, and through his partnership with Joe B. Orr, the firm was founded in 1946. Since that time, the firm has grown not only in size, but in ability to provide a wide range of legal services, promptly and effectively, in response to the needs of its diverse clientele throughout Kentucky and the United States.
